Attaching your new 7SL bag

feed bags

Your feed bag comes with two One Wrap straps - a type of Velcro that attaches to itself.

Find the 90 degree angle between the your bicycle’s stem and the handlebars.

Put one of the straps around the stem at the horizontal yellow lines (#1 in the photo) and the other strap around the handlebars (at either A or B in the photo).

The daisy chain around the bag provides multiple choices for positioning the straps.

If you notice any movement, attach a cord or piece of string to the daisy chain on the bottom of your feed bag and loop it around the head tube of your bike, for greater stability.

Saddle Bags

Your saddle bag comes with a black strap around it. The strap goes through the anchor loop. When the saddle bag is attached to your bicycle saddle, the zipper will face the ground.

Note: Depending on which iteration of a 7SL saddle bag you have, the strap might be slightly different.

Fill up your saddle bag! Due to their lightweight material, 7SL saddle bags need to be full in order to properly attach to your saddle.

We recommend a spare tube, tire irons, a multi-tool, and a CO2 cartridge and inflator.

Lift the bag towards your saddle rails, with the webbing anchor side up

Insert the two ends of the strap between the saddle rails and loop each of them towards the outside, over the rails (the straps will be between the top of the saddle and the rails). You need two hands for this stage!

Pull each end of the strap down towards the bottom of the bag (the zipper) and either buckle it or thread it through the plastic ring (depending on your strap style).

Don’t forget to tighten your strap to ensure your saddle bag is affixed well to your saddle’s rails! These saddle bags do not attach to the seat post, so are designed to attach quite tightly to the rails to hold them in place.

handlebar bags

Your 7SL handlebar bag comes with two One Wrap straps - a type of Velcro that sticks to itself.

The straps are designed to go through the daisy chain on the back of your handlebar bag and around the top of your handlebars.

There are multiple spots on the daisy chain for you to slot the One Wrap straps through. Choose the best position for your handlebars.

The vertical webbing can be used as another attachment point if the bag is moving at all.
